Independent Board Member of Arca Continental since 2023. She is Director of Administration at Banco Regional, S.A., Banregio Grupo Financiero, where she has held senior executive and management positions since 1994 in administration, finance, controllership, and tax areas. She previously served as Tax Manager at Corporativo Monterrey, S.A. (which is not related to Arca Continental). Former Chairwoman of the Steering Committee of the Nuevo León Academy of Tax Law, President of the Monterrey chapter of the Mexican Institute of Finance Executives, and President of the Nuevo León Institute of Public Accountants. She holds a degree as a Certified Public Accountant from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, is a Certified Public Accountant accredited by IMCP, holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from Universidad Regiomontana, and completed senior management studies at IPADE.
