Previously served as Legal Director, Board Secretary, and Corporate Legal Manager at Embotelladoras Arca prior to the merger with Grupo Continental. Former corporate attorney at Alfa, S.A.B. de C.V., and practiced independently. Holds a Law degree from Universidad de Monterrey and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Michigan.
