Monterrey, Mexico, May 7, 2026 – Arca Continental, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AC*) (“Arca Continental” or “AC”), one of the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottlers, was recognized as one of the best companies to work for in the country by being included in the “Mexico’s Best Employers 2026” ranking, developed by Statista in collaboration with Forbes México.
Statista is a global leader in online statistical data and market intelligence, specializing in the collection and visualization of market, consumer, and opinion data, with more than one million statistics across 170 industries.
The ranking was developed based on surveys of more than 10,000 professionals in the country, who evaluated both their own companies and others within their industries. To be considered, organizations had to be headquartered in Mexico and employ at least 250 people. More than 2,000 companies were analyzed in total.
The evaluation considers factors such as organizational culture, professional development opportunities, compensation, corporate reputation, and working conditions, all regarded as key elements in building high-performance work environments.
“This recognition reflects a way of doing business that we have built over more than one hundred years: putting people at the center, fostering their development, and creating work environments based on respect, inclusion, and opportunities for growth,” said Denise Martínez, Chief Human Resources Officer at Arca Continental.
Among the indicators that stand out for the company are a 15.7% reduction in employee turnover since 2023, and an increase in internally filled vacancies from 25.58% in 2024 to 68.41% in 2025, reinforcing the organization’s confidence in its people.
Arca Continental was the first Coca-Cola bottler in Mexico and has more than 100 years of experience building a business model focused on talent, responsible operations, and sustainable growth. Today, the company employs more than 70,000 people across the five countries where it operates.
As part of its centennial celebration, the company has strengthened its talent management strategy with a focus on internal mobility, attracting specialized talent, and continuously reducing turnover, contributing to cultural continuity and business growth.
Its talent attraction and development initiatives include programs such as “Acelera tu Futuro,” which promotes the integration of young talent in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, and Argentina, as well as the “Hack4Her” hackathon, held in collaboration with Tecnológico de Monterrey to encourage women’s participation in science and technology.
