LIMA, Peru, August 4, 2026 – Coca-Cola Peru and Arca Continental Lindley today announced a US$1 billion investment in Peru over the next five years, reinforcing their long-term commitment to the country’s economic and social development. The investment will help strengthen operations, expand distribution capabilities, and support continued growth across the business. The announcement was made during an official visit by President Keiko Fujimori to Arca Continental Lindley’s production facility in Pucusana.

The investment will be directed toward expanding and modernizing manufacturing, operational, and commercial infrastructure, while also enhancing cold-drink equipment capabilities, increasing the use of returnable packaging, and supporting initiatives that deepen the cultural connection between the companies’ brands and Peruvian consumers.

"This investment reinforces our long-term commitment to Peru. At Arca Continental, we will continue enhancing our manufacturing, commercial, and distribution capabilities, driving profitable and sustainable growth that creates shared value and contributes to the development of the communities we serve," said Enrique Pérez Barba, Chief Executive Officer of Arca Continental Lindley.

Supporting Communities in Response to the Coastal El Niño Phenomenon

As part of their ongoing commitment to community well-being, Coca-Cola Peru and Arca Continental Lindley also announced support initiatives to help address the effects of the Coastal El Niño Phenomenon, in coordination with the relevant authorities.

"Our commitment to Peru goes beyond investment. We are dedicated to supporting the well-being of the communities we serve. To help families affected by the Coastal El Niño Phenomenon, we will make available 2 million liters of water and 150,000 blankets made from recycled PET bottles," said David Peñalver, General Manager of Coca-Cola Peru.

Pucusana Water and Sanitation Project

The companies also highlighted continued progress on the Pucusana Water and Sanitation Project, an initiative being developed through Peru’s Works for Taxes mechanism that aims to provide more than 31,000 residents with access to potable water service and a modern sewage system for the first time.

The project will require an investment of PEN 291 million and represents the largest Works for Taxes project awarded nationwide in 2025. In April, Arca Continental Lindley began the preparation of the project’s technical studies, a critical milestone toward implementation. Once completed, the infrastructure will be transferred to Sedapal for operation and management.

The announcement was made during an official visit to Arca Continental Lindley’s Pucusana facility, attended by national authorities and members of the leadership teams of Coca-Cola Peru and Arca Continental Lindley across Latin America.
