ARCA CONTINENTAL REPORTS 2Q26 RESULTS

Monterrey, Mexico, July 23, 2026 – Arca Continental, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AC*) (“Arca Continental” or “AC”), the second-largest Coca-Cola bottler in Latin America, announced its results for the second quarter and first half of 2026 (“2Q26” and “6M26”).

SECOND QUARTER 2026 HIGHLIGHTS

• Net sales remained in line with 2Q25, totaling Ps. 63,489 million.
• EBITDA was flat compared to the prior year at Ps. 13,133 million with a margin of 20.7%.
• Net Income was Ps. 4,952 million with a margin of 7.8%. 

FIRST HALF 2026 HIGHLIGHTS

• Net Sales remained in line with 6M25, totaling Ps. 120,616 million.
• EBITDA was flat compared to 6M25, at Ps. 23,763 million with a margin of 19.7%.
• Net Income was Ps. 8,744 million with a margin of 7.2%.

Facing a challenging consumer environment, volatility in certain markets and implementation of the new tax in Mexico, we progressed with effective financial management while strengthening our connection with consumers during the 2026 FIFA World Cup™.”, stated Arturo Gutiérrez, Chief Executive Officer of Arca Continental.
